The challenge

A security services company runs on three streams at once: hiring guards, winning partnerships and vendor work, and keeping every credential current. Those streams were spread across email, spreadsheets, and phone calls.

They needed one operation — a public presence that brings work in, and an internal system that keeps it moving without anything falling through.

What we built

Public company site

A custom marketing site built for search visibility and mobile. It presents the company's services and routes every visitor toward the right next step — hiring, partnership, or contact.

Partnership & vendor portal

A structured intake for partnership and vendor inquiries. Each submission is captured with the context the team needs and routed to the correct internal workflow instead of a shared inbox.

Applicant tracking

A hiring pipeline for security guard recruitment. Candidates apply through the site, upload documents, and move through stages the team can see and act on.

Internal command center

An admin dashboard where the company manages every inbound submission in one place. Partnership, vendor, and applicant records live together with the status of each.

Automated dispatch

SMS and email alerts fire on every new inquiry, so nothing waits for someone to refresh a page. The team hears about a new lead the moment it lands.

Credential tracking

Guard licenses, certifications, and compliance documents are tracked with expiration alerts. The company knows what is lapsing before it becomes a problem.

How it operates today

The team runs the day from the dashboard. New applicants, partnership requests, and vendor inquiries arrive there, each with the context needed to act, and the alerts make sure they're seen.

Behind it, automated agents work the vendor and partnership portals — surfacing opportunities and keeping the pipeline current so the company can focus on the work, not the admin.
